BeWell and Healthy will help you MOVE MORE to you control your weight, manage health conditions, and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle.

One-on-one personal training is customized to meet your specific movement needs.  Our certified personal trainers will create a program that will teach you the fundamentals of safe movement while also challenging your current fitness level.  Whether it's a brisk walk and bodyweight movements or a challenging circuit with weights and burpees, we will meet your fitness needs.  

Group fitness classes
 are high intensity interval (HIIT) classes geared towards all levels of fitness. They provide a less customized approach but are still limited to a small number of individuals so we can ensure safe and effective movement patterns.
